All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Lake Wales, Florida. If a product is damaged in shipment the customer is to notify us immediately of the damage and if possible to point this out to the delivering carrier at the time of delivery. Customer is responsible for supplying a correct delivery address where the customer will be available to receive the package. If the customers location is closed at the time of delivery the customer should make arrangements with the carrier for a more convenient time or to pick up the package at their hub if possible. UPS and FedEx usually make 3 attempts to deliver the package. Common carriers may charge for extra trips from their local hubs to the customer location. Packages ordered and not delivered, due to the customers failure to receive and not due to the carriers failure to perform, will be returned to us and a 25% restocking fee will apply. The refund will not be for the freight. If the carrier charges us a fee for the return trip this will be deducted from the refund. If a product is defective, liability is limited to replacement of the product. Only defective items can be returned for replacement. We will ship the replacement at no cost to you. Should a package or shipment be lost or damaged by the carrier we will replace the shipment at no cost to you. Customer is responsible for the correct usage of this product and for safe handling of this in their workplace.
